Frederik Rijkens, (President).
Mr. Rijkens is also Delta’s CEO since September of 2009. He has spent 23 years in the industry of which the last 13 years with Total E&P and 10 years with Unocal. Until early 2006 he was General Manager of the $3.5 billion Usan FPSO project for Nigeria. Previous experience includes negotiation of Total’s farm-in to the Ichthys field on the Australian NW Shelf and negotiations in the Middle-East, as well as the negotiation for joint development of three deepwater fields in the U.S. GOM and the management of this $650 million Canyon Express project. Earlier experience includes management of an onshore development/revamp project in Nigeria, reservoir engineering, pre-project, production operations and asset management responsibilities in the North Sea and Thailand.

 
 

Mauricio Rampone (born 1957), Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Rampone had extensive background in companies like Arthur Andersen, Petrolera Argentina San Jorge, Villavicencio and Cartellone; where he was in charge of administrative and financial responsabilities in different projects. He holds a CPA degree and has postgraduate studies in business financing at CEMA. Mr. Rampone joined Trefoil in february 2007. He is an Argentinean citizen with residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Jose Diaz (born 1954), Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Diaz has 28 years of experience in the oil industry. He worked for Chevron Latin America Business Unit holding the following positions: Field Manager in Huantraico Block, Neuquen Argentina; HES Coordinator in Maracaibo Venezuela; and Business Development and Base Business Engineer in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He also held several positions with P.A. San Jorge, OEA S.A., and Perez Companc. Mr. Diaz is an Argentinean citizen with residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Javier Vallesi (born 1967), Subsurface Manager.
Mr. Vallesi has over 17 years of experience in the oil industry. In PETSA he is Responsible of Exploration and Development Projects, leading the team of Geologists, Geophysics, Reservoir and Production Engineers. He holds a degree in Petroleum Engineer from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza and a Post Graduate Management Program from IAE (Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales) in Buenos Aires. Previous to Petsa Mr. Vallesi hold different technical and management positions in leading Argentine oil and gas companies such as YPF (Cuyo and Neuquén Basin), ASTRA CAPSA (Cuyo Basin) and Bridas SAPIC (Golfo San Jorge Basin). Mr. Vallesi is an Argentinean citizen with residence in Mendoza, Argentina.

Rafael Gómez Diez (born 1977), Legal Manager.
Mr. Gómez Diez received a law degree from the Law School of the Universidad Catolica Argentina in 2003. Before completing his graduate studies he worked at the Office of the Corporation Counsel in Washington D.C and in the Argentinean Supreme Court of Justice. After being admitted at the Bar Association of Buenos Aires, he worked at courts achieving the position of Law Clerk of Commercial Court. Mr. Gómez Diez has also been an associate in the law firms Nicholson & Cano and Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi. Mr. Gómez Diez is an Argentinean citizen with residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Juan Pablo de Miguel (born 1970), Commercial and Business Development Manager.
Mr. de Miguel joined Trefoil in 2006 and was Investor Relations Manager for the company while it was listed in Oslo Bors.  He is currently Business Development Manager and is also responsible for Strategic Planning. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Catolica Argentina, and an MBA from Duke University, USA. He has previous experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers New York as strategic management consultant. Mr. de Miguel is an Argentinean citizen with residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
